Our standard delivery takes 48 hours for general dry cleaning and laundry. Highly delicate designer wear, bridal lehengas, woolens, or custom cloth dyeing orders may take 3 to 5 days to ensure proper inspection, cleaning, and chemical testing.

Bleach is used only as a last resort at Gopalsons. We never apply bleach without performing a chemical spot test to ensure it will not burn the fibers or dissolve color. For daily cleaning, we use organic, fabric-friendly solvents.

The franchise goodwill fee is ₹15 Lacs, which includes a ₹2.5 Lacs refundable Advance Security Deposit. This one-time setup charge grants you the legal right to run operations under the Gopalsons brand, complete equipment setup, and training resources.

Gopalsons supplies a full machinery setup: 1 commercial Washer with an integrated Dryer unit, 2 specialized Vacuum Steam Presses, and a professional dry cleaning plant setup. We also provide full operator training for your staff.

A dedicated area of 900 square feet is sufficient. This space is enough to hold the steam presses, laundry washing plant, dryer, and customer counter.
